Job Description
We are looking for driven and motivated candidates to join our clients customer service team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a company who are leaders in their field and are going through a period of expansion. This role is a good mixture of custoner service and account management.Our client can offer long term support and progression within the business and want someone to start with them on a full time, permanent basis.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + monthly bonus

Account Manager - The Role
- Resolve customer issues using ticketing system
- Answering customer calls
- Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email and Whatsapp business.
- Processing customer orders.
- Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers
- Resolve any customer issues and ensure case is dealt with from start to finish
- 3+ year experience in an office environment
- You must have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- You must have phone-based customer service experience
- Able to learn and understand technical jargon
- We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
- You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
