Job Description

• Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages
• Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction -
• Facilitate the transfer of funds and documents between parties
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures 
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Problem-solving skills to address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the process
