My client are a leading Law Firm. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Birmingham office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Conveyancer - The Role
- Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
- Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
- Supervise junior fee earners and support staff
- Manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers
- Comply with all internal and external audits
- Share information and best practice with colleagues wherever possible
- Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
- 3 years PQE
- Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
- Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
- Familiarity with the CQS and panel memberships
- Business development skills
- IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
- Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
