Our client who are leaders in their field are looking for a professional and organised Service Desk Coordinator to join their office based in Coalville.

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 5pm, Friday: 8:30am - 4pm

Salary: £23-24k

Service Desk Coordinator - The Candidate 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Team Player 
  • Diary management/ appointment scheduling experience 
  • Excellent time management and ability to work within timescales
Service Desk Coordinator - The Role
  • Respond to all customer enquires in a timely manner 
  • Arranging, coordinating and managing appointment bookings for engineers via telephone and email. 
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Be responsible for ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
  • Provide quotations 
  • Follow up on customer enquires
