Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our clients procurement team in Leicester on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:
  • Liaise with supplies to effectively manager supply chain queries and resolve issues.
  • Manage purchase orders - track orders, confirm delivery dates and manage stock lead times.
  • Manage shared inbox 
  • Provide weekly reports and updates on price discrepancies, product issues and 
  • Relay product issues to suppliers in timely manner
  • Ensure system is up to date with latest booking requests 

The Candidate: 
  • Experience in a similar procurement role 
  • Excellent administration experience 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • IT literate 
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
