Kirkland Associates are working with a fantastic company who are looking for an experienced Air Freight Business Development Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join them as they are going through a period of expansion. They are a reputable company who can provide a market leading salary and a competitive commission structure.

  • Market leading salary £35-50k + uncapped commission
  • 1st year OTE £70-90k, 2nd year £100k+

You must be well a established Air Freight BDM / Sales Manger that has import & export knowledge.

Air Freight Business Development Manager - The Role
  • Proactively develop airfreight opportunities from customers, networks and agents
  • Strong telephone skills and a client 1st approach
  • Obtain relevant information from customers in order to complete quotations
  • Work towards sales targets
  • Qualifying sales opportunities and building relationships
