Job Description

Our client, based in Nottingham, are looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly team due to the continued expansion of their customer base. This role is essential to help ensure the customer service team runs smoothly, dealing with customer accounts via telephone and email as well as providing administrative support.

Account Manager – The Role:
  • Being the first point of contact for key accounts via telephone and email, providing a great level of customer service.
  • Keeping the database up to date at all times.
  • Ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Work as one team in supporting your colleagues.
Account Manager – The Candidate:
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft office.
  • Experience of using a database (desirable).
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
