Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our client based in Derby. This is a great time to join as there are a lot of exciting changes happening within the business and plenty of opportunity to make a real difference and develop your career. You will look after your own client base and focus of maintaining and building strong client relationships, this is a pivotal role in the business as you will support their growth long term.

Monday-Friday, hybrid.
25 days holiday + bank holidays.
£30-35k basic salary.

Account Manager - Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Contact existing and lapsed clients to discuss current needs
Learn products and services and provide excellent knowledge to customers
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Research prospective clients via social media
Provide quotes and negotiate on packages with clients

Account Manager – The Candidate

You will have 3 years’ experience in an account manager role
You will have proven experience building relationships
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
