    Job Description

    We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our client based in Derby. This is a great time to join as there are a lot of exciting changes happening within the business and plenty of opportunity to make a real difference and develop your career. You will look after your own client base and focus of maintaining and building strong client relationships, this is a pivotal role in the business as you will support their growth long term.
    • Monday-Friday, hybrid.
    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
    • £30-35k basic salary.
    Account Manager - Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
    • Contact existing and lapsed clients to discuss current needs
    • Learn products and services and provide excellent knowledge to customers
    • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
    • Research prospective clients via social media
    • Provide quotes and negotiate on packages with clients
    Account Manager – The Candidate
    • You will have 3 years’ experience in an account manager role
    • You will have proven experience building relationships
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
