 Account Manager – The Role
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships through sales activity, maximising opportunities 
  • Conducting pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Managing suppliers to ensure positive working relationships are maintained. 
  • Attending customer meetings and trade shows when needed. 
  • Working to SLAs
  • Maintaining accurate customer information

Account Manager – The Candidate
  • You will be a positive, driven and hard working individual with a desire to provide excellent customer service and maximise business. 
  • We are looking for a candidate who is happy to sell and to manage existing customers to the best of their ability.
  • You will be an effective problem solver with excellent prioritising and time management skills.
