Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant based in their Operations team to provide administrative support and cover absences across all departments. This role is on a full-time, permanent basis in Annesley.
 
Operations Administration Assistant - The Role
This is a varied role and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across multiple different departments.
 
The duties for this role will depend on the business need at the time, but will include
  • Maintaining all documentation and keeping it updated
  • Reporting risks and non-conformances to the Project Team Leader
  • Maintaining good product knowledge 
  • Keeping a Commercial focus 
Operations Administration Assistant - The Candidate
  • Customer focussed, commercial awareness
  • Administration experience, ideally within a supply chain environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time-management and organisation skills
  • Take initiative and work well under pressure
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures/policies
  • Ability to work well in a team on various projects
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Effective relationship-building and team-building skills
  • Experience on SAP, ERP/MRP, and project management software is desired.
