Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide support to their Customer Service team on a full-time, permanent basis in Annesley
Customer Service Executive - The Role
  • Fielding incoming Customer Service calls to the business
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Handling incoming enquiries
  • Processing customer sales orders & associated enquiries
  • Invoicing outgoing goods and service calls on a daily basis
  • Preparing sales quotations for service, spares and consumables
  • Administrating procurement of core department requirements
  • Collation and provision of compliance support to customer base
Customer Service Executive - The Candidate
  • Previous administration experience required
  • Have a friendly, positive and professional manner
  • Have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively
  • Be reliable and have a positive attitude towards work
  • Be confident with IT - experience using Excel and SAP beneficial
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • An appetite to learn and get involved
  • Ability to work within a small, outgoing team
