Our client are a fast-growing business looking for talented, sales professionals wishing to build a long-term career in their B2B, new business sales team.  The Business Development team work very closely with the marketing department and work together to reach out to their target clients.  You will have sophisticated marketing tools at hand and the support of an experienced team and encouraging manager.
 
B2B Sales Executive – The Role
  • Hunting and developing new leads, identifying prospects, building relationships, and understanding their drivers for doing business with us
  • Presenting and requirement-gathering - capable of demonstrating product fit, removing objections, asking great questions, sharing knowledge, and influencing for a positive outcome
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecast outcomes accurately and pivot activity accordingly
  • Introduce the companies’ services to prospective clients, selling the features and benefits of the company’s services
  • Manage all inbound leads and action accordingly
About You
  • Ambition and a desire to take advantage of uncapped commission
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must want to work in a highly motivated team environment where performance leads to fantastic rewards.
  • This role would suit candidates from a Business Development or Sales Executive role
