Customer Service Coordinator - The Role
  • Handle all enquiries via telephone, email, face to face, and video calls.
  • Establish each client's need efficiently
  • Use effective team-work to bring in new clients seamlessly
  • Maintain and build-upon established relationships with existing clients and offer further support
  • Produce marketing campaigns with the team
  • Attend business meetings and networking events where appropriate
