Our Castle-Donington based client are looking for a senior Customer Service candidate to join their Commercial team. The main purpose of the role is to work closely with new clients during the onboarding process, this is a brand new position to the business 
Client Services Executive - The Role
  • Handle all new enquiries via telephone, email, face to face, and video calls.  Support clients through the onboarding process
  • Establish each client's need efficiently through business meetings
  • Attend industry events to build relationships with potential clients
  • Use effective team-work to bring in new clients seamlessly
  • Maintain and build-upon established relationships with existing clients and offer further support
  • Produce marketing campaigns with the team
Client Services Executive - The Candidate
