Job Description

Our client is a successful Law Firm based in Sheffield. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Family department.
You will provide support to the department through duties including, but not limited to:
- Typing legal correspondence and documents
- Handling telephone calls and redirecting or taking messages appropriately
- Liaising with and attending to clients
- Diary management for the fee earner
- Completing forms specific to the department
You will have experience in a busy Family department as a Legal Secretary, as well as having:
- Good attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Big Hand
